We take your property off your hands completely: setting it up, listing it, pricing it daily, looking after every guest and keeping it spotless and compliant. You get the income and the monthly statement. We handle the rest.
Behind it is founder Lewis Hudson, who spent eight years in the building trade before moving into short-let management in 2023. That means we know what good work looks like, what regulations really require, and how to protect your property as if it were our own.

We start with a free, honest valuation — no pressure, no obligation. If it's a good fit, we take on the property set-up, listing, guest management, cleaning, maintenance and compliance, and pay you monthly with clear reporting alongside it. You can be as involved or as hands-off as you'd like to be.

Every property we manage is furnished and equipped to a proper standard before a guest ever books it, and kept that way between stays. If something comes up during your stay, you're dealing directly with the team that manages the property, not a call centre.
